Solo Traveler
I asked for two.
I made a reservation for two double beds and they gave me a room with one bed and were sold out for rooms with two beds.

Business Traveler
Free parking. Great location. So so restaurant. Relatively illiterate gift shop. No Wall Street Journal or NY Times - a cultural desert. Elevator made a disconcerting rattling noise during operation, but service was quick. Japanese style furnishings including very low bed. Work table was a shelf totally inadequate. Internet was sufficient. The television quality was poor and uneven from channel to channel.

Traveling as Couple
This hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only was it clean & new looking, but the staff was extremely helpful. I was impressed with how well decorated the rooms were. When I first walked in, I thought it was a 4-star hotel, I'm so used to being deceived by the star rating, but this one borders a 4-star. My room was large & filled with numerous modern immunities & furnishings. Zen type re-model of this hotel did not work. Poor design, beds were on platforms on the floor. Not much lighting in the rooms. Very small closet, sliding door to bathroom did not close correctly. Freeway was close to Burbank Airport. Less than 10-minutes away from Old Town Pasadena's night scene.

Senior Traveler
The hotel was in a perfect location by the 210 Freeway and had several excellent restaurants within walking distance. The hotel and rooms were wonderful and comfortable to stay in.
